Wasting my day away...

I took today off, and decided to just play in the garage. Lots of stuff I should be doing to the cars, but did I do that? Nooooooo! I made a baseball cap out of 20 guage steel instead!   Practiced pattern making, metalworking, and welding. Boy, do I need practice! Fun project, though. Lots of hammering on a leather sandbag, trying to make the bumps in the hat fit the ones on my head. here's a pic - Pretty nasty, really, but I like it. My skills can only get better, cause they can't get much worse!!
