Just got back to the hotel after being at one of the most exciting Indy 600's I've been to.

Good for you! It was an outstanding race today, very exciting from green flag to checkers.

My only regret was Graham Rehal getting knocked out so close to the end.l
Welcome to hell. Here's your accordion.

Agreed, he was having a really good day. It's also a big hit to his aspirations for the season championship, and he's having a pretty good year.

Is the Indy 500 worth watching again?   I have not watched the race in near 20 yrs.

Absolutely. The racing has improved tremendously in the last 5-10 years. The body kits on the cars are making it more competitive. Even small one car teams are being in the thick of things. This year's race had a .8 second difference from pole to the 33rd position. The crowds are coming back.
