Speedy Bill built a black deuce roadster with a turbine out of helicopter quite a few years ago. I saw it in his museum at Americruise when it was held in Lincoln, Nebraska. Didn't see it run, though.

Here is a local tractor in the 5800 lb modified class. There are several of them in the class. Currently they are having a tough time handling the blown hemis and Allison aircraft tractors. I really like the turbine powered stuff.
