I have a 3000 CFM on the rear side of the radiator set to 170 and a pair of 10" fans on the front of the condenser that come alive when the ac is on. (Also have a shroud)

It is possible that the two fans, and shroud, in front of the condenser may be restricting the airflow through the radiator when they are not turning.

Fan size alone, does not determine cfm.

I'm really not sure but how would someone find out?
Only shroud I have is on the back side of the radiator. But the radiator fan is just flat on the backside of the radiator.
The CFM numbers came from the seller of the fan, again how would one find out just exactly the puller is truly putting out??
