My pneumatic sheet metal shears do not want to cut any longer. I've replaced blades.  It will cut for an inch or 2 , then stop and argue with the metal and me.

Looking for suggestions on replacement powered  hand shears.  I have plenty of manual shears that work well.

I bought a H. F. electric unit some time ago. It works on 22 gauge but it needs help with 20. As in a little pushing. I used it on alum for dragster bodies and it was great. It didn't cost much but it isn't a Kett. My air tool is like yours. PITA.

I have a Harbor Freight.  It does what I need it to do, but it probably would not last long for daily use.

I have a 30 year old Kett electric, so I am not much help.

I too  am lucky to have a Kett, $25.00 at an estate auction. BTW, HF blades will fit it.  Cuts 16 ga. a little slow, cuts 22ga like hot butter. The tool's ability is much greater than mine!!

Another thing, when cutting aluminum a bit of WD40 on the cut line make it cut much better.
