I also found in the middle of this that you had a thread at

about grinding welds that is also missing the images.

Those pics will be a little harder for me to find but I shall try. The reason I posted the "adopt a thread" thread was to find out which threads are important enough to users to be worth restoring. This one seems to be the only one. Theres a series of 33 Ford threads and another task in progress to make yet another. Then theres also the giant 68 Camaro thread...

I can dig up the weld grinding pics, just have to wade through a bunch of folders. The car threads use pics that I have sorted already but the grinding pics and Fairmont pics are buried in a years-deep pile of camera uploads.
