That flexible yellow stuff. Gas pipe. I have never tried it. Anyone else tried it?
IF that works it would be purrfect

I am TRYING  to by pass a rear heater in a van. Oh this is fun

I need to make a metal pipe and bend it..as well as put ends on it. Conventional heater hose will work but cannot of course bend tight enough and will need too many fittings, clamps.

Thanks..

"The minimum permissible bend radius of HOME-FLEX® tubing
is 1¼" (32 mm) for ½" tubing, 1 5/8" (42 mm) for 3/4" tubing,
and 2" (51 mm) for 1" tubing. Under no circumstances is this
minimum bend radius to be exceeded."

Thanks Very Much Guys :D (as usual more great  info. here!)

Wayne.. I actually have some old Escort hose like that). One of those particular hoses on an Escort(I have had 4 of them)there is NOTHING  else other than the factory hose will fit.(To be honest I have not tried any aftermarket stuff there)There is a vacuum hose on my Focus that I doubt that anything other than the factory hose will work.

I found some Pex stuff that I think will work too.

Now that I think about it I think some stainless braided washing machine hose might work too.

That gas stuff looked real interesting..I am going to try that sometime.

I was about ready to just hook one end of a roll of heater hose to one end..and just wherever/whatever bends it would tolerate..(maybe  In FRONT of the grille..and the same for wherever the other end had to go.
