Air Filter & plug wires

I have a problem that I cant seem to find the answer for, so here I am.
The problem is, I have  12 inch x 4 inch oval air cleaner with K & N filter, Im looking for a set of spark plug wires to match the filter I have, or get a new filter and wires to match.
Any suggestions?

Taylor has different color plug wires. But why match the filter it'll be dirty before long if you intend on driving the car

Taylor has cut back on the colors they offer. Just to make my engine compartment look a little better.

There are several nice looking red wires but I cant find a red oval 12x4 filter.
