Just when you think you are winning the Rat Race, along come faster rats!

Harry

I did my two minutes of silence at 11AM. I sat on a pile of cement blocks and thought about all those that sacrificed their lives and what would they be doing today if they had lived.
A sad day for sure.

What all above said. We're very fortunate to live in a place where generations of men and women have served their nation, not a nation, or a cause, or a segment of the population.

Up here we call it Rememberace Day, but still the same. As has been said, I too thank God for the men & women that gave their all. I was born in the Netherlands, just after WWII. If it wasn't for the brave people from Canada & USA, I would be speaking German now and driving a VW.
