Go Kart with a turtle body on it

It will be county fair time here next week. A local bank has sponsored turtle races for years. They had a friend of mine build a go kart for this. I think it's just for display but I don't know for sure. He fabbed up a tube frame and made the rest from fiberglass. It's air brushed and clear coated. His father has been gone several years but I think he would be proud of his son.
