Brake caliper adapter needed

I want to change the brake calipers on the Lincoln rear end in my 54 Chevy.  I want to use GM calipers.  I know that I have seen advertised an adapter to do this but I do not know now where or who makes these.  Does anyone know who is the supplier?

I will look at the possibility of using that set.  The one I remember adapted the present caliper bracket so that you could use the GM caliper.
