Help with internal shipping (engine)

Hi all!
I have bought a BB Mopar engine and trans, and wish to get them moved from Seattle (Redmond) to Carson (Ca, near Long Beach) for shipping to Australia. Any ideas as to who I could contact? I can get the engine and trans onto a pallette, but it needs to be picked up at my friend's house. Anybody want to earn a couple of hundred bucks?

I had an engine and trans crated and shipped 900 miles by motor freight for only $225.  Have your friend call the motor freight companies in the Seattle area.   They often charge more on each end for a residence rather than a business.  You might be surprised how reasonable it is.  Oh, it will be less if you friend has a cherry picker or other way to load it on the truck, and where they deliver has a fork lift to off load.    Good luck.
