Electric Fan switch

Does anybody have a SIMPLE diagram for a thermostaically controlled Electric Fan switch with an override switch for the dash. I have a thermostatically conrolled switch ON at 215 OFF at 185 wit a toggle switch on thew dash and it does not work I need a diagram showing me how to run the wires correctly.

I prefer to have the relay coil fed from the ignition switch so the fan does not continue to run after the engine is shut down.
