Getting rust stains off stainless

I am working on some stainless west coast mirrors for my 66 f250 that was put togather with steel bolts and nuts so what is out there that will take the rust stains off the stainless easily.

Might try a cleaning powder called "Bar Keeper's Friend" from the cleaner shelf in a grocery store. GPster

jif works well ( do you have it over there? It's a cream clenser) Use with a soft cloth.
