GM tilt column spring

Hi Guys
I have just been working on my GM tilt column and broken the little spring that controls the steering lock, I need a replacement one, where can I get one?

Any help would be appreciated

that can come from almost any GM tilt column....

you can also leave it out if you leave the pin out also...

according to my parts lists..
this is the GM part number...

05698410 SPRING, LK SHOE REL but its NOT available individually from GM.... they only sell it with the inner part of the housing..

this fits 82 and newer tilt columns.. with the key on the column...
