I have a 1977 Chevelle frame that I had intended to make a dirt track race car out of, before the BIG ACCIDENT!!! now that my racing days are over (according to the Mrs!) I don't have a need for it. advertized it locally, no bites. could any of you guys use it? can it be used to re-frame a older pick up? if anyone is interested let me know.

What's the wheelbase on one of them frames?

Could make a good frame swap for an older model car - updated suspension and set up for a SBC......

I am always seeing good * f/s from Texas. I wish I could find this * locally....

I keep forgetting that I can't swear........

I'll measure it tonight when I get home. it does'nt have a rear end under it
but the front suspension is there, except for the spindles. took them off and put them under my car hauler. still has the steering box, upper and lower a-arms, and the steering linkage. never been hit as far as I can tell. the body was real straight when I took it off the frame.
you are right, there is alot of good #&%@ coming out of Texas!!

This one measures at 112 inches. its set up for a triangulated 4-link rear with coil springs. still has the brake lines and fuel lines attached. its been sitting for a few years, but it is'nt rusted thru anywhere. one nice thing about TX, not a lot of rust down here. salt is for your popcorn!!
