Turbo 400

Hey, trans guys out there I am going to run a T400 in my Fiat nostalgia car and I have 3 of them. One is out of a 79 Cad hearse, were these any heavier duty than the ones from a sedan?---Tony? :?

internal hard parts are the same. Some exceptions in heavy truck apps or motor homes.

Hearse would be regular trans

Hello;
Had a th 400 in my 57 chevy (Previous Owner) and when I changed it out, I did notice that the input and output shafts were way beefier than the th700r4 I was replacing it with. From what I hear, the 400 is almost bullet proof!
