I installed a Dodge power seat base on a late model Ford bucket seat. It fit good, but I had to come up with a place to install the seat control switches. I was installing the AC ducts, and I noticed the  duct pod was about the right size. So I hunted up a spare I had left over from another install, and it is near perfect. I have to make a spacer to hold the bezel in position, otherwise it works as is.

Here it is finished. It will all be painted the same color when he decides on one.

Works for me!  I did something similar on the Lexus seats I got on E-bay. I bought replacement switches from the Nats ..one of the interior vendors. I got lucky and while it's not a perfect fit, it's close enough to replace the originals on the side of the seat.
