I saw that earlier. What a shame. I don't think the needed to go after the driver, it is racing.

terrible mess.  When younger I would have been right there with the crowd too close to the track and no safety wall.

The off road race stuff and  road rally races where the spectators are at the edge of the road makes no sense to me
