So the month is nearly over.

In reading the post on Moose in Street Rodder it made me think about Tom and I being in print this month.  The #974 along with Tom (Beck) and I are the picture for the month of May on the Bonneville calendar.  

During Speedweek I was in the vendor area looking for some safety stuff for the #974.  I wandered by the vendor selling the calendars.  I flipped through the pages and there we were for the month of May.  I bought one and took it back to the pits.  Next thing I know we were making up an order to buy a bunch more.  I think it was a trick to sell expensive black and white calendars.  The Bonneville calendar goes August to August.  This year it also features two other local cars.  The Studebaker of Gary Hart and 1951 Buick that Gary previously owned.

Just so you would know, my calendar is on the wall in the shop bathroom, just above the stool.  I have had some comments by a few individuals about what they would like to do on my pictures.  I think they are just jealous.
