I know there are quite a few guys here on the RRT that attend the HAMB Drags each and every year but might not have noticed that the website for the HAMB Drags 2010 is up and running.

It's alittle different this year because of the huge crowds last year.  Each and every car that wants to race must be preregistered.  There will be no registration available at the track.  Also, this year the number of cars will be limited so head to the site and preregister NOW.

See ya guys there!

It's where Denise goes every year!

If you want to race your traditional car down the Quarter Mile and hang out with a few thousand car nuts... Mokan is the place![/img]

A few of us get together at the local dragstrip every August.  It is hot and dry and summer is nearly over.  We are ready for something different than the same old run of local car shows and cruise nights.  So we go to the dragstrip on a Saturday and tie these big hams on to the rear bumper of our old hot rods and race each other with this ham handicap.  Not a big deal, just a few local guys.

I hope no one sees this post, because if word gets out about the HAMB Drags, it could be a huge event.
