My 36 Dodge is getting new interior. The guy that is finishing up put my recovered seats back in after removing the side airbags. Now the seats will not move. He said there is power, checked with a VOM. The seats worked fine in all ways as well as the lumbar support.
Thanks, Rick

Based on my own experience with my mid 90's Eldorado seats, you MIGHT try a jumper wire across the missing air-bag connector leads.  If this doesn't work, you may have to delve deeper, tracing the leads coming from the disconnected connector.  You may find that they indeed go into an under-seat mounted air-bag sensor, that needs to be bypassed/jumpered across.

Thanks for posting this. I've got a pair for my son's panel truck and never thought about a jumper being necessary.

That jumper info is right on the money. If there are any in seat sensors at all they need to be removed and by passed for everthing to work properly in most cases.

Good news the seats are moving just fine now. When he removed the seats the ground wire pulled out of the "Y" connection that I made to go to both seats.
The airbags were not hooked up with the seat motors.
The interior is to be finished TODAY and after NASCAR I am going to pick-up my Dodge, Let the Celebration began !!!
Thanks for all your help !!!!
