I have a friend who is interested in the glass 32 5-w body made by New Age Motorsports in Monroe Ct. Does anyone have or know of someone who has built with one of these bodies & if so how do they stack up quality wise?

I've got one and built it about 4 years ago. It took a LOT of extra work to get it right and the door jams and window garnishes are virtually unusable the way the come, and needed a LOT of work to get them even close.  Email me at deuceguy@shaw.ca and I'll give you all the info.

When I bought my body 5 years ago I had seen their "display" body at a show in Pyuallup Wa, and that's what it was.....a gone over display body! I had mine shipped from Conetticut to Port Angeles Wa,  and it was busted up in the doors when I got it. The overall finish quality was TERRIBLE - the doors were VERY thin in the jams, the areas around the rear side windows needed lots of work so glass could be fitted, the garnish moldings didn't even come close to fitting( I wound up glassing them in so they at least looked right), they were garbage. This said, I was assured at the time by Ed, the owner, that his partner had been the reason for "cutting corners" etc and had been fired, and Ed and his son were going over EVERYTHING to make it right. Ed seemed like a good guy and I hope they turned it around, but my suggestion would be to actually SEE the body and go over it before you take it.

If you want a nice '32 5 window body, check out Rat's Glass. You might pay a little more than a New Age, but their bodies are excellent, and probably the best 5-window body I have seen. I have also heard good things about the fit and finish of N&N fiberglass bodies also, but I have not seen one personally.

Do you know if either of these have drip rails? Thats what my friend was wanting.

The New Age ones have drip rails, and that was important to me too.

I don't recall if they have drip rails, but it would be worth a phone call.

One thing I'd really like to emphasize in regards to my reply on this is that I can only pass on the problems I had with my body, which was 5 years ago. As I mentioned, Ed satisfied me the way he handled my problems and compensated me for the extra cost and work that the problems caused me, and he assured me that him and his son Chris were doing EVERYTHING possible to fix these problems so they could offer a good product. I have talked to people and read threads elsewhere that lead me to totally believe what he said, and that he's an honest "true hot rod guy" that genuinely wants to have a good product.  I would suggest that prospective buyers check out his website thoroughly, call him personally and ask questions , and if at all possible, go to their shop and check things out. So, yes I had problems and fixed them, and only pass these problems off because I hope that other guys would do the same for me if I was asking about buying a body . I have had countless guys think the body is steel, which is what I was hoping for, so that's got to be a credit to Ed's buisness. Finally, Believing that Ed's a sincere buisnessman, it's only in his best interest that he have a good product, and I believe he's done his best to make that happen.
