Tail lights

Hey all,

I and restoring an old 72 Nova and I have build some custom tail lights.  My question is this, Is there a way for me to make the red and white plastic cover for this customer light?  I make the part out of aluminum but I am also wanting to make custom head lights but didn't know how or where I could get the reflective material for the head lights.
