Many power glides

there are nine (9) of these glides. Built for one customer - off shore

they are all high dollar - high zoot parts through out.

As I understand it, the power glide transmission is supposed to be great for racing! (I think Circle track) Could that be the end use for these?

alot of bracket drag racers use Powerglides too.
but you are correct, alot of circle track guys use 'em.  8)

these are the type of power glide transmissions you find in;


Drag racing... bracket racers, dragsters  to blown alcohol cars.

Stadium in the dirt  race trucks often use a glide like this with a Gear Vendors Over drive unit.

Monster trucks with blown alcohol motors.. they also use the gear vendors OD unit on the longer courses.

Land speed race cars.

Our trans setup with a GV unit on it was recently featured on X-treme 4x4 TV show for the project off road race truck.
