Actually, I like the term 'like mined' because it could mean we are all from the same vein. Not necessarily the same exact but exceptionally similar with some being more precious in one way or another.

Like minded would scare me because if everyone had the same MIND we might be in for a long road.

What kind of discussion could you possibly have with someone with the same opinions? Sounds like a political rally!
