I'm in the process of reinforcing my 28 roadster fibreglass body with steel. Does anyone have any pics of their doors with bearclaw latches taken either during or after the installation?

I'm planning on using 1"x1" RHS for the frame.

Any pics or advice would be appreciated.

I cant help you as the cars ive had with bear claw latches came with them installed. i do have a question though why not original style latches if you dont have suicide doors you dont really need the bear claw stuff.. My 32 roadster glass body came with stock style latches and they guy had bought bear claw.. I kept the stock stuff and it works fine.. They do make steel plates that res supposed to be welded in steel doors for the bear claws but they could also be bonded, bolted or rivited to a glass body to mount the latches

I think to register the car in Australia they require modern door latches.
