Brake Booster Vacuum Leak Update

I purchased a new SSB 9  inch booster. I insalled it  Friday evening and went for a test ride. The engine was nice and smooth now. The new problem I had was the pedal mechanism itself.  :cry:
So Saturday morning I removed the dash and rebuilt the swing pedal to get enough throw to make everthing work correctly. Just returned from the car wash and a check ride and everything is perfect.    
I never thought that booster could fail and still work. Another one for the how can we go wrong book!!!!!
