Does anyone know if they are still made and if so who sells them,I went to my local napa and they could not tell me.  I need one for my 37 chevy p/u and another to control the rear defroster blower motor I installed in my 65 custom 500.  Jeff

Try a parts store that sells farming parts (tractors, combines, ect) there still out there If you can't find one I will stop up to the auto value and get you a number.

I've seen a lot of them on ebay, but can't remember what I was searching for that brought them up.  Have to watch what some seller's charge for shipping, though.

I watched them on ebay and usually go a little high,I went to a local autozone that is open late and looked through the wells catalog and found it and ordered two.  It took a little looking but I found them and along with a bunch of older parts I never knew they could get,I found 6 voilt stuff that would probably never show up in the computer.  Jeff

Standard Motors part number HS-98.  Napa has them too, you just went to a stupid store.  Give them that number and they could interchange it.

The person behind the counter had no idea where to begin to look and I could under stand since in the Wells catalog they were not under blower motor switches, they were under rotory switches.  I spent over 30 minutes in the catalog before finding it,at what the ones on ebay were going for I thought they were NOS but it looks like they are getting them from the local parts stores and selling them for a profit.  I would of thought someone at the napa store would of known where to look but I was the first person in years to ask for that part.   Jeff

Napa HC6144 for 12 volt and HC6050 for 6 volt.

I went to the zone and picked up the switches,I am glad I looked at them before I left as one had come apart during shipping.  Made in mexico was on the package and I noticed electrical parts purchased at napa have the same and along with made in china.   Jeff

Even the brand names are reboxed foreign junk any more. for instance, there are NO American made 6 volt flashers available. The only ones you can get are made in India, or China, and about 1 in 3 of them will actually work. Try to find a motor mount that isn't made in bangladesh, or India. Even some of the OE replacements are made there.
