Put a different trans in. Now I have a situation where this thing blows fluid out in overdrive. It is not hot either and not in any other gear.    Anybody know the answer?
Thanks,
Don

No,
Not over filled. As a matter of fact I had to put 3 quarts in to fill it back up. I was wondering about clearance in the front pump bushing, but I don't know.

Check the 4th gear high pressure port.  If the plug, or bushing is cracked or loose it will pump out a lot of fluid.  That port is used by several wiring harnesses to lock up the converter.  Charlie Chops had a crack in the bushing and it would pump out 2 quarts very quickly when it went into 4th.

Not me, I want people to know "why" I look this way.
I\'ve traveled a long way and some of the
roads weren\'t paved.
