Door hinge repair.

I put the doors off the 32 pickup in the vat this morning to see how bad they are. Not as bad as I thought but still need work. My questions are: does anybody know where to buy door latch hardware that is original or is the only option bear claws?  Next, the lower hinge has been welded to the door. The area surrounding it is nasty. Is there a better way than cutting out the side of the door and replacing the metal? What do people use for window hardware?
