I got these at a swap meet for 20 bucks.  I was just curious what kind of car they came from.  Stamping numbers are 2006768 and 2006769.

Ill take a stab looks a lot like my wife's 99 Caddy 's  STS maybe not

There was a bulletin from GM that had you remove these tips and install chromes ones while the car was getting the pre delivery inspection.
Some sort of safety issue.
Theres a couple sets under my bench
