UGLY OLDS

Anybody familiar with " Old Lewisville Road" ( aka "AR29--LA3" ) north of Bossier City La ??  I am planning a trip to Bossier City & my AAA guide is routing me on that road from I30 in Ar. to Bossier City... It doesn't show up too well on my maps..( Appears to be a small 2-lane Highway ) ..Good road?? Bad road?? Best way?? Ideas??    Thanx........ :)
