It is about time for me to order the rubber for my '62 Chevy PU. I don't know who makes quality rubber for this. I haven't built anything this new before. My choices range from J.C. Whitney to one of the specialty truck mail order suppliers. I assume Steele and SoffSeal also make something like this. I didn't know if everything really came from the same offshore supplier or there was a difference.

Steele is good. I've not used them for 60 to 66 trucks, but every thing I have bought from them has been top quality. Metro Molded Rubber is good too. I have used Ford truck door seals from JC Whitney, and they were good quality and fit right.
Welcome to hell. Here's your accordion.

I've used both Metro and Steele, both have been good.  Sometimes one has something the other doesn't and that's usually my deciding factor.
