Transmission Dimensions

I am looking for a site that lists transmission dimensions and various gearing. In particular, Chevrolet transmission options. The 38 Chevrolet pickup in question, currently has a TH350 with a 9" tailshaft. My friend wishes to replace it with a 700R4 and wants a heads-up on modifications required in the swap. Suggestions on chances to the mounting, etc. Would be appreciated. Thanks, Rick

You'll love the 700R4, but be sure to get the TV cable hookup right, it is critical and doesn't take that long.
