He was using a plasma cutter  

I cut the Morris engine bay & the firewall  apart this evening.... after I welded the body to the chassis jig.

A few cross braces were added too.

Very good. A plasma cutter is on my list of additions. Have you seen the Plasma cam unit? It's pricey but very usefull.
