O/T whats with people now days ?

Got a buddy thats going to Iowa the end of the month to hunt. they get record bucks there. The guy that owns the farm there where he is gonna hunt is from michigan and has a place here too. He said he has to leave early. Anyone see on the news where the teen age kid killed his family? Yup he was a friend of this guy and his neighbor! Well neighbor in Iowa anyway. I look at the news on the puker in the morning cause most of the time to me reading the paper just brings bad news? Lately all I see is shootings sentencing for murders etc? Im glad that hot rods make me happy and I dont think im inline to get waxed! I just dont know what the world is comming to. Ya im not perfect I told sue I needed to get the new roadster sold and recoup my money so i could divorce her today but heck I didnt threaten to kill her :?:

Breakdown of the family, lack of teaching moral values, influence of negative media images and hype, lack of parental responsibility, drugs, more people-more nut cases . . . a person could go on and on about the causes. I grew up in rural northwest Iowa, and nothing like that ever happened in the 50's and 60's. Thankfully, my mother and father raised me well and my interests always gravitated toward positive things.

Yup I was raised a lot different too. By the way I was kidding about the divirce and sue told me i wasnt going anywhere

I wonder even though the family seemed to be a good one and from what i hear the father was one nice guy maybe we dont see the whole picture or once again drugs came into play :?: Who knows its a shame.
