C-Notch the frame..................

Heres the latest pics on the notch. I added a gusset for kicks too. It will never bee seen once the body is on. Ill make nice before paint too. Next is a panhard and bracket for the front I dunno why but it didnt get one so i gots to do it.
Stopped at the DMV today or as we know it in michigan the Secretary of State and my new 32 title should be her within a week

That made me happy. Its full steam ahead now.. Oh ya i wasnt gonna hurry this one

Very nice work. Smart move putting that gusset there. You can see how much material was removed in the C-ing process.

as low as i can get it don. I actually messed up when i did the c notch and i coulda done less. Oh well as a buddy once told me its not the kind of carpenter you are its how you cover your mistakes

Im sure it will work with no problems but the gussets were an added safety feature.

I made some struts today at work outta some square tubing i had brought in from a previous project and the all american coil overs are 14 1/2 extended no weight. My struts are 13. It looks good but with no engine I dunno bout the front. Looks like ill be playing a with with the ride heights.
