I need to update the scripts that this forum runs on. There are some security issues that need to be addressed. However I do not have the time right now to include all the added features that we have all become used to seeing here. So in the next day or so I will be updating to a plain generic version of the software. Once I have some time I will go back and add the extra functions back in.

Sorry for the inconvenience

I will let you know when things are back to normal

Thanks for staying on top of things FatCat, I appreciate all you do for us. :D

you keep us in the "fastlane" of the information super highway!!  8)

Ok I have done a partial update. I still need to add in the extended profile information. Until that time there will be some small errors.

Let me know if you experience any problems.

I hope we can still choose a different back ground colour when all is updated

I noticed that I had to go into my profile and edit my birthdate so that I won't be -5 years old.
And now we can force the signature with each post without having to remember to check the box each time.
Thanks,
AL
A street rod is a vehicle made before 1949 that is modified with modern stuff: bigger motors; newer trans; updated suspension, front & rear; a/c.
Following is a street rod plus definition: No known definition because it changes.

Its a long story but I'm just now logging in for the first time this month and I want to post a new message but I don't see a "new message" button. Any ideas?  I want to post a new message.

I have a "reply" button....obviously

You probably already know this. Go to top left and select "new topic". I'm guessing this was added after your post.

Thanks Whitey.  That's the button I was looking for.  It appears that Frank has the wrong Icon on the "new topic" button for us moderators.  We see the Yahoo instant messenger icon.  I PM'd Crosley and he figured it out.  Thanks Tony. 8)

This is what I see.

Got that one fixed. That was one of the easy ones to fix.
