This is after the record breaking run...Not the backup...I have just helped Hooley out of the car, and Lillie has handed him the traditional Gator Aid, and I am shutting off the cameras....What a ride this has been.... 3 years to get here, but like we have all said...If it was easy, everyone would have a record...

Congratulations, folks! Just a couple of "pulls" on the sodium-chloride dyno are challenge enough, then you factor in aero effects at the speeds your Studie is travelling and the mind gets a real workout in putting it all together for a successful program. New-comers to LSR racing usually understand the problem better when you point out that the motor built hot enough to get the job done will be firewalled for better than a minute at a time -- at least twice!
