can anybody tell me if there is something going on in Long Beach Ca. next week.  I'll be out there for the week and would REAALLY like to get away from business for a little bit.  I'm there Mar 27 to 31.

These are the only 3 things I can find for that weekend

Del Mar is about 1 1/2 hrs south of Long Beach
Pomona is about 1/2 hour north east of Long Beach
Fairplex is the same location as the Pomona Raceway

This is considered the "Picture" window with my employer.  Wish I could take some time to stay and do some stuff, but we are coming up to my "really busy" as compared to 'busy' season. I run a motorcycle rider training program for the college.  Last year we did 1005 riders from april to Oct.  So it does get busy around here.

Well there are some "non" car related things to do right in Long Beach tourist type stuff..........
You have the Queen Mary, Shoreline Village, Aquarium of the Pacific, Ports O Call all within a couple miles of each other.
Also about 45min north there is the Justices Brothers museum of course that "would" be car related

Don't forget the Peterson up in LA.  Well worth the trip.  The "Circle Door" rolls that was on display a couple of weeks ago (probably still is) is a work of art!
