I am using a 3 prong flasher relay. They pins are numbered 31, 49, & 49A. I assume 1 is power, 1 is ground, and 1 is the flashing signal.

But which it which?

Thanks!

Generally a three prong flasher has the three terminals labled B, L, and P for battery, load, and pilot.Looking at it from the end {_} with the terminals arranged so, the left terminal is the load, right terminal is the battery, and the bottom terminal is the pilot, or indicator lamp.
