Latemodel GM mystery plastic ?

Pulled the intake resonator off my '95 Caprice today,
the rectangular box that goes between the airflow sensor
and throttle body.

Somehow,it's got an extra hole in it now.  
Looks like something hot got against it
and burned a hole through.

So that will screw up my air/fuel ratio,which might
explain a few things.

So the question is,what kind of plastic is it and what
can I glue this stuff with ?

Because of the shape,I can't really just tape it up.
But I will if I have to.

Most of them are ABS plastic. I have had good success gluing them with PCV pipe glue.
