I've been tryin to convert this or add it to power point. Is this a mpeg? or do ya know how  can do it?

Bob, it's a .gif file and you can add it to PowerPoint just by copying and pasting it into a blank PowerPoint page.  From there you can resize it just by dragging a corner like any picture. You won't see it as an animation while you're working on the page but it will be animated when you view the page or run the slideshow.
