Hi guys, I got a set of aluminum heads off e-bay. The are "Trick Flow" d-port angle plug style. My question : what kind of headers will work with the  D-port heads in a '48 Buick with a Camaro front clip? It looks like  there is plenty of room in there for exhaust.  Thanks, Topless
Buy a Buick, they got plenty power.   :)

I don't think they will fit
your Buick.

I tell ya what, I got a set
of 462 casting cast iron
heads, already ported and polished
I'll just trade ya.

shoot, I'll even pay for shipping

Well, i don't know how your engine is positioned, normally you have to move them back a bunch in a Buick, but on a 49 I did with a small block in it, and a Camaro sub, I was able to use Camaro headers. On another with a big block, I used 73 to 87 truck headers.
Welcome to hell. Here's your accordion.

You can use round pipes on a D-port,no problem.
