Does anybody know if the front fenders are the same, other than where they attach to the grille? We need to repair wheel well openings and can possibly get some 35 fenders to use on a 36.
Thanks,

All of the sheetmetal from the firewall forward is peculiar to the 1935 only. The rear fenders are "very close" but the "peak" along the center of the fender is sharper on the 36. They will however "pass" if you don't have others. It is noticeable if you have one of each to compare.

All 4 fenders between 35 and 36 are different.

It's easiest to see when viewed from the side. On the rear fourth of each fender the curve is completely different, 35's have what could be described as a concave curve where 36's have more of a convex curve.

I'll dig up some pictures to illustrate the difference.
