Just wanna toot Roadstar's horn abit.......'40 Ford update

Here's a couple of the latest photos from Roadstars 40 Ford "VooDoo Child". He just got the dash back installed after a repaint, installed custom, one off knobs, the correct steering wheel, newly painted and rubberized brake and gas pedal, freshly painted shift knob, plus ALOT of other odds and ends to complete the details.

Here's a shot of the rear. He just got done fabbing and installing the whole exhaust system including those kick-* tips. I love the license plate that Race did for him for Christmas.

All thats left is a bunch of spit and polishing before the striper comes on Monday then it's off to the Autorama on Wed nite.

Denise, what's the color of the dash? It looks like the sunburst orange(a GM color) that I am planning on using on my '55 Chevy P/U. Nice car. I like.

That color reminds me of the 57 Chevy Sierra Bronze that was popular for a while. It ended up on more than a few dashboards as well as the whole car.

Looks good is ray doing the striping? Ive got to get him over here but I dont think we will be ready for autorama... Ill go with no stripes..By the way why doesnt ray come over here

Denise, it looks like Rudy will be ready. The car is really looking good so far. Striping will really touch it off. I'm sure it will be done right.

One of his tattoo buddies is an awesome striper and is doing it.

The copper color is a Ford color called Cypress Copper

I would like to thank everyone for the nice compliments and Denise for sharing the pics with you all.

And I really like the new format here. I think it way cool.

I hope to see some of you at the show. If we havn't met please intoduce youself and I'll be happy to give you a close up view of the car. You will have to wait till after the show for a ride though

And for those of you I have met I'm looking forward to seeing you all again.
