The beauty of two-for-one on a rare (in Sweden) car like this is when you have it all finished and shiney, your mates will want one too......

A buddy of mine has 2 of these in his garage. One has been in the process of building for several years. He got a chance to buy a running rod and jumped at it. The one he is driving now has a SBC. The one he is building is Mopar powered. The front suspensions can be made driveable and are comfortable rides, but sit pretty high. It used to be popular to put AMC spindles on the Mopar hub. This updated the brakes but made the track width pretty wide. There was normally a drop plate added with the spindles that would lower the front several inches. I know my buddy used a Mopar rear axle that was nearly a bolt in. I think it was from an old Fury.
I'd go Mopar power, but it is more work and money.
