Quote from: "old32"I know you have lost weight Carps but how the hell  did you fit in there?

Look closely and you'll notice the shoulder restraint panel is not in place and my head is blocking the air intake.  Fact is, the rules require that there is enough space for any of the track marshalls to get in and drive the car, in the event it is required and the normal driver is not able to do so.  It's tight around the shoulders but otherwise quite roomy.

The car pictured is TF102 chassis No1, the car that scored toyota's first ever Formula 1 points at Melbourne Grand Prix a few years back.

FWIW, today was a good day for the team despite not finishing in the points.

Front row start and top ten finish was a good thing and Jarno had the pace to stick with the Renault untill the tyres started to scuff.  Caused by a little too much understeer which scrubbed the tyres quickly.  Ralph had a pretty crappy day from the go getup, but finished three places up from where he started, despite the extra pitstops.

Both cars were in perfect order at the end so the focus is now on getting the race setup right so they can move forward.  The general concensus is that TF105 should be running in the top five by mid season.
