Yea it was discussed previously here with not much fanfare I might add.

I think that Boyd would be walking a tight line with his past history of problems.  He seems like a guy that learns from his mistakes or troubles tossed upon him by others.


Cars on consignment in his shop may bring him some grief.  It will be interesting on how this plays out in all of Calliefornia.  


It is all about the money.

Arizona is after AZ residents with out of state plates on vehicles.  Folks move here with licnese plates on vehicles that may have 5- 10 months on thme from their old state.  So ... they drive them.
